Pantomime

Big challenge in this assignment.
Pantomime in animation means a scene (or whatever) with no sound over it. That means we have to get the emotion, action (or again, whatever) across only by the acting performance. The assigment was called "Wrong Speech".
My idea was this old guy (da zona leste, pra quem entender, hehe) that is holding with all his family his 50 years wedding celebration. So he decided to give a speech to all but realizes that the paper is not the right one...
Whatever...It looks all pretty and interesting with the render and so, but actually this was another big failure. I thought about fixing but in fact it would be better to start it all over again...
There are 2 major problem in this scene:
1- The character is a little bit floatty, despide of my many corrections.
2- And the biggest one is that he could be reading a medicine prescription or a bill. There is nothing in the scene that bring the audience to the fact that he is about to give a speech...
It looks good, but for an animation point of view is not really. I'm starting to get some nuances and subtleties but it's been very difficult to put it in the scene or even refine it better.

Despite of the result I had a wonderful learning. Michael Berenstien is a very good and funny teacher that gave me valuable informations that I'll do my best to make it more clear in the next assigment.
